The South Florida Water Management District is headquartered in West Palm Beach at 3301 Gun Club Road. At convenient locations throughout our 16-county jurisdiction, nine regional Service Centers offer District services and expertise at the local level. Service Center staff work to develop partnerships with local governments and community groups, provide direct and responsive access to agency functions and create a better understanding of local water resource issues. Our local representatives can also assist you with permitting. Eight Field Stations are operational bases for staff involved in maintaining and operating the water control structures, machinery and lands associated with our regional water management systems.

EXIT at SOUTHERN BOULEVARD (#68)
At the end of the ramp, turn WEST onto SOUTHERNBOULEVARD until you see a ramp in the far left lane for CONGRESS AVENUE - SOUTH (807).
Take that ramp and turn left onto CONGRESS AVENUE and continue to the first light, which is GUN CLUB ROAD.
Turn RIGHT on GUN CLUB ROAD and proceed for about one block.
District Headquarters is on the RIGHT past the West Palm Beach Armory and before Lake Lytal Park. Main buildings (B-1 and B-2) are at the back.
B-1 is the three-story building at the back/north end of the grounds, facing Southern Boulevard. The auditorium and most public meetings are held in B-1. B-2 is the three-story building closer to Gun Club Road with a white, quarter-round roof. The Palm Beach County Service Center is located in B-2.
